Trusses must be provided by your lights and sounds supplier. Trusses are essential support structures required for ceiling decorations.
Usually placed outside the reception area for all guests to take photos together and create keepsakes.
Fabric is used to cover the venue walls, reducing competing wall colours and giving the overall design a cleaner, more cohesive look.
The stage is usually adjusted to suit the LED wall. For the initial quote, we use our standard dance floor design. Other styles can be discussed separately.
Pegs are for quotation reference only, helping us estimate the props and materials that may be needed.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will create a new, original design based on your chosen style. You will receive all design renderings 5–6 months before your wedding.

The initial quote is based on our designer’s standard styling specifications. Special requests and detailed adjustments can be discussed in a meeting after the quote is prepared.
